Here's what I'm doing, maybe it will show you a path to success.

I've tried many times, oh so many times, to get FIT.  I've had some moderate success and then bombed.  Over, and over, and over.  However, I'm always tweaking the formula and getting better each iteration.  This is the documentation of iteration 20 or so, and going on until I get bored!  If I succeed, you'll see how I did it and maybe it will help you too.

Weight: 228.5 bmi 31 Neck: 16.75 Chest: 46.25 Waist/belly: 43.75 out 39 in 41.5 mid (holy crap I got fat!!!) Hips/butt: 44.5 Thigh : 26.5 Calf: 16 Forearm: 12 Bicep: 13.25

All measurements on right side, cold/unpumped.

These. Are. Awful. I didn't realize how bad I'd gotten. Very embarrassing. All habits back on full force tomorrow now that we're all not sick.
