Breakfast - 4 tiny eggs, cooked in butter, 3/4 cup oatmeal, Dave's 'killer bread' good seed, one slice with butter.

Lunch - Brown Rice, Beans, chicken, homemade guacomole.

Dinner - Protein Shake

After Judo - peanut butter, chocolate protein, ice, whole milk smoothie

Very low on calories today, especially with all the extra activity.

No breakfast! Tea!

Lunch - sushi.com. Lobster hand roll, two big fancy rolls. Yum ! This is technically off diet.

Well it's an off diet day apparently. LEARN: Skipping breakfast bad.

At work I had a bit of licorice.

At home we had giant steaks (like 2" thicks), I could only eat half. It also included roasted broccoli. After dinner I had some chocolate, chocolate bars, etc. I was cheatin' baby :(

Breakfast - 3 eggs + 2 bacon

Snack/Lunch - small apple, extra large banana, 2 elk pepperoni sticks (my last two, I'll miss those. Hunted by a guy I work with, super nice.)

Skipped a real lunch, so I was STARVING.

Had a couple Cascade Ice drinks (1 or 2 calories of super science liquid chemistry), some simmer sauce indian food (not healthy but I picked halfway decent, lower carb stuff) with Chicken, and one square of luxury chocolate bar.

I also had a bite of cupcake just to taste it, then spit it out. It wasn't that good.

Breakfast - 3 eggs

Lunch - Chicken/Bacon salad from store

Snack - Apple , elk pepperoni stick, diet soda

Dinner - Buffalo steak, big ol' plate of Kale, "Frozen Banana+Cocoa Powder+A little honey" 'ice cream'. This was yummy. Good healthy treat on days I can have a bit more carbs.

Still light on Calories today, but not hungry!

Back to all habits, that includes food logging.

Breakfast - None.

Snack - Tea w/ Cream and Orange Mango 'Sparking Ice' 0-cal.

Lunch - I was upset at work and that triggered a STRONG emotional response to go have a giant sandwich at Domini's (Which I've had several since I started here). But, I resisted the tempatation and instead had somne sugar snap peas and protein powder. I'm trying to emphasize a lot more vegetables and lean proteins. I also brought several bags of microwaveable vegetables, tuna packets, and have a tub of protein powder here so I should never have an excuse that I have to go eat. It will always be weakness if I do.

Dinner beef roast w/ veggies and then flu! Very sick.

Saturday family breakfast! "Special eggs" (eggs, milk, butter, chivse, salt, pepper, scrambled) + 1 slice french bread (w/ butter), 1 slice sourdough bread (w/ olive oil), 3 strips of bacon, and one 8oz glass of Orange Juice (the only time I go back on my no calorie drinks habit is our big family breakfast. This will also gie me more Calories for Judo later! (<-- rationalization))

Wow...missed judo it was earlier today and I showed up at end :(

Ate with family huhot two plates I won't try to document. Diet soda and a dessert. Then onto chuck e cheese where I ate two bites of cheese pizza.


We're sick! At home had bag of licorice, and personal chocolate cream pie.

Breakfast - 3 eggs friend in butter, diet ocean spray sparkling cranberry drink that I didn't drink from yesterdays gorging (which angrily I now note actually has 4g carbs, violating my habit)

Snack - 1/2 small poppyseed muffin

Lunch - This was a prescheduled lunch with a co-worker. So again, 'bad', but this isn't that bad. Cup of tomato/basil soup, BLT+Avocado sandwich on focaccia bread, two crackers in the soup, water.

Depressed at work snack: 90 calories chewy chocolate chunk granola bar.

Organic apple

Depressed after work. I know better but having fast food fries&tarter, double bacon burger and a pineapple milkshake.

Wow and to finish off this disaster of a diet day, some home cooked chicken with sausage stuffing, kale, French bread in olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip, coke zero and an oreo.

Breakfast - 3 eggs fried in butter, 2 thick sliced pepper bacon, small bit of french bread, 1 sliced tillamook extra sharp cheddar, one glass Fresca zero calorie drink.

Lunch - uh oh. Brought some tuna but against my better judgement went back to dominis. Forming a bad trend!! Giant turky / salami / cheddar / mayo / sweet hot mustard on sourdough + popcorn and 32oz diet dr pepper. Not good. Need to look at my food habits to help here.

Afternoon celebration off the rails snack! See picture. Note non caloric drinks. Need new foods habits...

It was a total bust today. So I had another cookie and two small handfuls of the emerald mixed nuts. Wow. Logging is helping with some stuff but its obviously not good enough!!!

I just want to say in advance that due to a lack of preparation on my side, today is going to be 'bad'. Preparation is the key!

Breakfast - 2 home made Elk pepperoni sticks. (Hunted by a very awesome guy at work!)

Had tea with cream and Splenda.

Lunch - dominis roast beef sandwich (half in the photo!) Plus pickle. Also has sweet hot mustard, mayo, cream cheese. Drank water w/lemon.

Dinner snack - 4 chocolate chocolate chip cookies (less than I would have eating if I wasn't logging! A perverse victory!) One small handful emerald sweet and salty mixed nuts. Around 9oz of pork.

Excepting the cookies I'll bet if I calculated the calories on this it wouldn't have been too horrible from a lowish-carb perspective.

Breakfast - 4 eggs + 1 cup Kale Chips

Morning Tea with cream and splenda

Snack - 3 large carrots

Lunch - This was not the original plan! I was "Invited Out" to Olive Garden. So I had soup, salad, and many breadsticks (7?) + alfredo sauce. This is NOT on my diet, but I like the flexibility of getting it right 90% of the time so I can go off rails like this from time to time. I don't have any food related habits I've implemented yet, so this was guilt free enjoyment. I had had lunch made and ready to eat but chose to go with my former coworkers instead.

Night snack. 1.5 slices of cheese, one small bite ice cream sandwich (this was restraint! I'm actually glad!) and 1 cups kale chip

Breakfast - 3 eggs cooked in butter. Snack - 1 fairly large organic Apple Lunch - approximately 10oz of home oven roasted chicken. WENT TO JUDO Dinner - 6" Subway Pastrami Melt (on Italian) with onions, green peppers, pickles, peppercinis, provalone, salt & pepper and vinegar, toasted. Water.

I didn't have time this morning to pack dinner due to 5" of snow. I think I did OK considering.

I'm very low on Calories today but I'm not too hungry.
