I just want to say in advance that due to a lack of preparation on my side, today is going to be 'bad'. Preparation is the key!
Breakfast - 2 home made Elk pepperoni sticks. (Hunted by a very awesome guy at work!)
Had tea with cream and Splenda.
Lunch - dominis roast beef sandwich (half in the photo!) Plus pickle. Also has sweet hot mustard, mayo, cream cheese. Drank water w/lemon.
Dinner snack - 4 chocolate chocolate chip cookies (less than I would have eating if I wasn't logging! A perverse victory!) One small handful emerald sweet and salty mixed nuts. Around 9oz of pork.
Excepting the cookies I'll bet if I calculated the calories on this it wouldn't have been too horrible from a lowish-carb perspective.
