Vengeance

I didn't have weekly stats because we were all at a hotel. Had a great time.

Judo tournament coming up in March. I think I want to compete. I have to do something much more drastic than I have been to do that.

So, I'm going to implement measures I know will only work in the short term. No refined carbs. 160+g of high quality protein a day. Massive increase in my exercise workload.

Goal is to drop many pounds very quickly and add some muscle. I'm such a flazy (fat lazy) slob right now it should be easy.

So, I'm in what my friend Kelly refers to as 'Epic Monk' mode. It's an all or nothing mindset that works for me great in the short term.

All other habits I'll continue to follow, but they are a subset of Epic Monk mode anyway, so it's semi moot.
